What is the typical daily schedule?
Training days generally run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with short breaks, lunch provided mid-day, and optional group dinners or evening networking activities depending on the experience.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. All participants who complete the experience will receive a Certificate of Completion. Some programs also include an evaluation or scorecard that can be shared with your employer.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend comfortable, professional attire suitable for hands-on training. Close-toed shoes are required for technical experiences. Branded gear and any necessary PPE will be provided on-site.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! All tools, materials, and resources are provided. Just bring yourself, ready to learn.
How many people are in each session?
Class sizes are intentionally kept small—typically 12 to 16 participants—to ensure a personalized experience and high instructor-to-participant engagement.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
